Bishop Oyedepo does not make predictions, He prophesies and its to a specific audience and also depends on if you believe. If you believe..you will see the Glory of God. Its not generic, its specific. I can understand that you dont understand because its not for everybody. Back off this man of God...he operates way out of your league. 1 Like |

Why will sensible folks answer a guy like d poster? A question, poster answer it. How many words of Jesus Christ or His promises are evident in your life? I guess none cos u aint a believer. So bro if u talk from now till next year, those who keyed in to d prophecies haven't been hurt. So even if u r a winners person n u don't believe in your prophet, u r ON YOUR OWN. |

This is exactly how advance fee fraud aka 419 works. You sweet talk the person into a position that he/she is held in some sort of trance. As matter of fact, any one trying to discourage such a person from proceeding with the transaction is immediately labelled an enemy of progress. Oyedepo has these fools exactly where he wants them. And as usual fools & their money are soon parted 2 Likes |

I'm nt a fan of Oyedepo bt d prophecy ws a personal tin. If u hv faith wit d right attitude it'll be ur portion. Frm wht i read in No.10, he said "lift up ur two hands and appropraite it......". So if u ar unda d sound of his voice witout faith & work, OYO 2 dat persn. Bside, were even 90% of d casuaties nd odas unda d sound of his voice. So dat prophecy ws 4 d pple at his church passover nite of 2011 and not d whole Nigeria as he didnt mention 9ja |

Any prophesy works upon beleive and d faith of the reciever and not of the prophesier. Atimes it even takes ur believe and faith for a medication to work on u. Our minds are strng tools tojm what ever that comes or hapens to us. What ever dat wil afect u wil afect ur mind first. Be you a christain or a muslim or an etheist. Guied ur hrt with all diligent bcz out of it cometh d issues of life. Faith is a respecter of no religion. If ur faith can tke u there, no religion cn stop u. |

Dear brother & sister, of nairaland let us be very care of any post concerning servant of God. Am not living Faith member. There is nothing wrong on the prophecy of a man of God. Some of us don't even know their Bible, The prophecy is not for all. It's only for covenant children of God. |

Some of us don't even know their Bible, The prophecy is not for all. It's only for covenant children of God. English is the problem here. Many people dont know the difference between Prophecy and Predictions. The worst part of it is: Nigeria is an English speaking country. May be they know, but just want to create a post on winners as they do everyday. Yesterday, it was winners symbols and Illuminati. Everyday, it is winner chapel on NL. 2morrow we will see another one again. I know they are busy researching on winners right now for their next post. Tomorrow topic will be, "There is something demonic about winners chapel color theme". |

Its amazing how fast posts meant to disparage Oyedepo and his church hit the NL frontpage. Its beginning to appear that Seun & moderators are exercising some kind of beef with the man. Interestingly, Nairaland operational office and Winners hq are both situated in Ota. Just out of curiousity, Mr. Seun, are you a christian? This question has become imperative because one needs to be sure if the Nairaland platform is not a project developed for attacking Christiandom. 1 Like |

Acidosis: when next a pastor pray for you that "you will not die this year". Try and get a pistol, point it to your head and pull the trigger then 'wait' to see what happens. . May God have mercy on you. The bible contains the word of God and the word of God is truth. If God's word says sth is white, even when you see it as black, does not mean it's black it only means that there's sth wrong with the way u see because God's word is settled forever. May the eyes of your understanding be opened and may encounter the truth which is Jesus Christ himself musKeeto: |

naijanow: HERE’S WHAT BISHOP OYEDEPO PROPHESIED Listen Mr Man. There is a difference between prophetic declaration (which is what Bishop dished out) and prediction. Anybody can make a prediction. Prediction is a game of chance. I can predict that Man U will beat Barca by 5-0. Does not mean that it will happen; indeed on present form, it is very unlikely to happen. Prophetic declaration is something that God desires for your life. The actualisation if it depends on the individual. It is not a general purpose stuff. As an individual, you take it and apply it to yourself. Personally, I wrote them down. One of them was answered in my life in a very big way recently. My dad who has been ill for one year with a disease that was described as terminal, is still alive today, and the last review by his doctor who has been a specialist in that ailment for 20 years, actually said my dad was coming out of it and his treatment course has been stepped down to reflect his improving health. For me, that is a divine visitation. For another person, it may be contract. For another, it may be travelling out. It depends on what your needs/desires are. Not all of my expectations have been met according to the declaration. The year is not yet half way gone, so there is time. It is even likely that some may not be answered this year, but maybe in three years. I have travelled a lot with plenty of journey mercies. Not because I am better than those who died on road or air journeys, but only by the grace of God. And it will be very ungrateful of me to say that God is not faithful, or what his prophet declared is false or are wrong. You take it as it applies to you. |

Take note of this clause: "Begin to appropriate these prophecies to yourself." It means that the fulfilment of the prophecies is dependent on you appropriating it. |
