Beyoncé stepped out Monday night for the first time since the birth of her baby, Blue Ivy. The occasion was her hubby’s two shows at the Carnegie Hall for the United Way of New York and the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation.

She wore a smashing red ruffled dress that clung to her skin with a gold clutch purse and iridescent shoes. She painted her nails blue to match her ring and I think it is somewhat significant of her baby’s name (Blue Ivy). You’d agree with me right?


Now, most women will give everything to look like this hot shortly after delivery, but then, do we all have Beyonce's body?.
