Go back to your school's student affairs department and make a complaint. They should be able to tell you what to do.

Don't take the risk of going to camp without your school I'd, they might refuse your dept ID and you'd be left stranded. If getting a new ID from school isn't possible, then visit the 'make your plastic ID card here' people

Yes you can use your statement of result in place of your degree certificate if you haven't collected yours yet. I used my statement of result for all my registration in camp.

Ma questn is off point kinda, but i'd really love to serve in lagos, bet the deal is, ery1 is making lagos sound so hard and tough(transport, accomodatn, feeding, security and all), please how true is this allegatn? Reasonable thread btw.
