It won't be that difficult. I actually try locating an old friend of mine in that office. Or better still, take walk around the NYSC hqs @ ABJ, there should be "vendors" waiting for potential clients like you around the vicinity in a Nigerian-style and with 25k consider your problems solved. They are very reliable, atleast i can testify to that, besides Ogun state is not highly sort for like Lagos,AbJ and PH.
