London conference on Somalia says that Somalia has become a Global Problem and that its People deserve a Proper Government.

Some of what was said at the conference are as follows :-

World leaders gathered in London to better coordinate the global response to piracy, poverty, famine and civil war in Somalia, which the United Kingdom has characterized as the "world's worst failed state.

Doesn't Nigeria also have some of the attributes of a failed state ?

Or are the teeming masses in Nigeria adequately looked after by the Nigerian state

Isn't there mass poverty in Nigeria as well

Why can't these same World leaders look our corrupt leaders in Nigeria in the eye and call a spade a spade

Why do they choose to bury their head in the sand when it comes to Nigeria

Why is the poverty of more than 100 million people and the corruption of our leaders in Nigeria CONSTANTLY IGNORED & SWEPT UNDER THE CARPET by these same World leaders

This reminds me of September 2009 just months before they were voted into power when waiting for an interview at the BBC and not knowing that their microphones had been switched on William Hague (current Foreign Secretary) and David Cameron (current British Prime Minister) both affirmed that just like the Afghan election of 2009, the 1979 election in Nigeria was a N.aked fraud.

So they waited for 30 years until their statements are now irrelevant before calling the 1979 Nigerian elections a N.aked fraud.

Only God knows how many innocent Nigerians have died of poverty in these 30 years partly because the British authorities and the so called "World leaders" refused to call a spade a spade until 30 years after the "N.aked fraud" elections of 1979.

And they only stated the obvious 30 years later because they thought their microphones at the BBC were still switched off.
