Congrats Abule oshi you'll surely be invited for the interview. Please go and work on your packaging, presentation and depth of your flow/ability to think on your feet, cos that's what interviews are about.

At all: It's not magic that Abule oshi smashed it, it's the result of serious studying and preparations. Keep solving past questions and timing yourself while at it. when you're that good and scoring above 90 then when the real thing comes you'll be condemned to smash as well.

I don't doubt those who scored so high. The test was a piece of cake for those who prepared adequately. For me, I'm not that interested in the job as someone applied on my behalf, but I went for it without preparing one bit and was surprised at how easy it would be for someone who prepared. Scored 50% in it. I've heard unpalatable stories about union bank, hence my lackdaisical attitude.

The good news for all concerned is that the last time union bank recruited, they employed around 960 graduates. I saw this in their 2009 annual reports. They and most banks usually do mass recruitment.

Wish you all the best. IMO though, preparing so hard is not the only key to scoring so high in aptitude test cos your confidence matters a lot. I passed all the aptitude test I wrote despite never preparing for any and one mindset I go with is that if it is only one person that would pass then it must be me. This had always been my mindset from my undergraduate days despite my unseriousness. I tell people I am not the best and I don't aim to be the best but all I care is I cannot fail. Try that and you would see yourself smiling. The toughest test I wrote though was that of P&G and I was surprised when they said in the room where I wrote it only 1person passed and we were about 20, I had lost hope thinking it was the chemistry graduate from UI cos his workings were neat and he used a calculator while I did not all for my name to be mentioned.
Above all, just believe you are getting your desired job. Tell it to yourself and tell it to others like I used to tell my friends in school that I sure would land a job before service and 4weeks after convocation I got my first job with the minimum salary I had in mind from school.

@ fansystones. You never can tell. The hope you have is that banks usually do mass recruitment. The performance seems generally low, so you may not write yourself off yet. The last time union bank recruited, they employed about 960 graduates!

Kunle21 Union bank is the only job I am looking up to now. I have also applied for gtbank. I applied for first bank but I could not write the test. Too bad!

I have not heard anything about interview. I feel its just a speculation. I checked a jobsearch site similar to nairaland and there is nothing like that. But I pray they call for interview soon. Lets keep our fingers crossed.
