Fg Approves 2012 As National Mathematical Year by mukina2: 2:06pm On Feb 28, 2012
The federal government has declared the 2012 as the national mathematics year. This is a part of the government’s transformation agenda which it seeks to achieve through mathematics.

This was made known by the director general of the National Mathematics Centre, Professor Sam Ale while speaking to journalists in Abuja on Monday.

According Professor Ale, “President Goodluck Jonathan has approved and declared open the 2012 Nigeria national mathematical year.” It is believed that one of the major keys to achieving the Vision 202020 and national transformation is through mathematics.

He further revealed that the official flag-off of the mathematics year will be performed by the Minister of Education, Professor Ruqayyatu Rufai on the 1st of March.

Prof Ale explained that the move is aimed at “addressing issues of scientific transformation and reawakening the mathematical science community in Nigeria to meet international standards.”

Mathematics, according to Prof. Ale offers vast career opportunities at all levels and ensure the country’s millennium development goals are speedily achieved.

Oh my God. Look at what Jonathan is talking about again, Mathematics whatttttttttttt !!!!!!!!!!!, Do you need mathematicians to lecture you on how to run your government or do we need mathematicians to perform addition and subtraction to change current situation of the country.   (
Prof Ale explained that the move is aimed at “addressing issues of scientific transformation and reawakening the mathematical science community in Nigeria to meet international standards.” ) is it what we need to tackle Boko haram, corruption, security, inflation etc what a dumb clueless administration who want to employ mathematicians to perform wonders to his clueless administration. Gen Buhari. Please sir go and wear your uniform and pack those foooooooooooooooooools out of aso rock. angry angry angry

If 5 Nigerian Senators share 2 Ghana Must Go (GMG) bags in 30mins and 10 Nigerian National Assembly men share the same number of GMG bags under 15mins, how long will it take a single Nigerian President to vamoose 2GMG bags considering that 30 Nigerian National Assembly men have the same GMG consumption rate as 1 Nigerian President?
Take the Ibori Constant (IC) as the constant of consumption irrespective of EFCC resistance
You have 25hrs to solve the equation

Just 25 hours? You wan scatter our heads?
I have tried solving linearly but the number of unknowns/variables are far more than the number of equations I could construct. I have stepped up my game to degrees two and three equations but no luck. I am now thinking of going Laplace or better still consult more experts to try using Bessel function may be of the third kind.

Did you mean 25 hours or 25 years?
