No doubt, infidelity in the world today, is rising day by day; more marriages are facing the challenges of dealing with third persons in their matrimonial affairs (lovers, concubines, gigolos, etc are becoming too rampant), causing more and more homes to be broken, shattered, unhappy, and sometimes in a mess! Relationships on the other hand, have suffered greatly from this same menace of increased infidelity in the world today, especially in developing nations like Nigeria, where the economy situation resulting from decades of corrupt governance, has turned the female citizens into love peddlers of various kinds (street peddlers, campus peddlers, part-time peddlers, office peddlers, corporate peddlers, religious peddlers, etc), though we have also witnessed a rising case of male love peddlers, but that cannot be compared to their female counterparts anyway.

Now, looking at it, we can honestly deduce that this recent rise in infidelity amongst married and single men in relationships, can be attributed to so many factors like:

1. today's fashion evolution that now design various female clothes to focus on just 'sex appeal', thereby making our ladies to be dressing half-Unclad, or let me say, indecently and most often provocatively.

2. today's music industry that now focuses on 'sex appeal' in its musical lyrics and even in the shooting of the videos, by displaying extravagantly, young girls wearing nothing or sometimes bikinis, lingerie, which often provoke the male viewers of such musical videos.

3. the movie industry. We all can honestly agree that our music industry has turned from cultural entertainment to provocative show offs that has led so many housewives, young girls, kids, teens, etc astray in so many ways, and have also lured another huge proportion into early fornication, adultery, infidelity in marriage (especially the men), etc.

etc, etc.

Looking at the three factors mentioned above, do you agree that today's fashion, music, and movies, are the major contributors to increased infidelity in marriages, relationships, and have greatly affected the level of true love in Nigeria as a case study?
