Nokia e71! It can also receive emails (via ovi synchrony); Maps are pin point accurate and u can use nimbuzz 2 chat with ur FB or Yahoo Msgr friends!
It can do video call and even a BB Torch cant do so!
D only thing it cant do (in nigera) is ping!
In d US, RIM can simulate a BB PIN for u 2 use on most 3G phones!

I had to drop my BB for E71 on a swap deal with a friend two yrs ago. When the time came for us to swap back after six months, I couldn't let it go so easily.
E 71 is the machine joor. BB is nonsense, except for the pinging with other bb users.

e71,all d way, when my broda saw d functions, he was marvelled, its a smart phone, right away,i can use my xcel, write ma reports on msc doc, prepare a presentation on power point, pls, dnt make d mistake of picking a BB.

Abeg free something. My bb curve 2 is doing all my work for me. I used a nokia e65 before using the curve and I must confess, it was a pretty good fone (almost similar to the e71) but after everything, I prefer my curve 2. I hardly make calls these days and I love the push email service it offers. Very portable and simple but does a lot. And PINGING too!

E71 all the way. With MTN 250mb data @ N1,300, E71 can give you all the maximum satisfaction a BB can give you on the internet. Apart from pinging, a BB phone is worthless. How about "whatsapp"? You can ping without a pin. How about durability, battery strength? I just love nokia. I love my 6760-slide. Wow!

I prefer my Nokia E63. It serves me wella. Infact with whatsapp I do lots of pinging. What thrills my abt E63 is its ability to downdoad PDF files. It's a luvly experience.

Don't know people even know how to use their BBs. The curve 2, browsing better than any Nokia, cut and paste function is awesome, Blackberry Appworld has over 20,000 apps, instant messaging including what apps, ping chat, yahoo messenger, BBM, google talk, etc, push email which you can have up to 10 separate email addresses, download PDF easily, use word to go, and other document tools ( I know Nokia does this too), the main downside of the curve 2, is no 3G, no gps and no flash for the camera, what do you expect from a N29k phone, but still better than Nokia E71 or E63

I will even chose C3 over bb curve 2. I can ping with whatsapp.

BB's are the most useless phones on this planet.

curve if you are the heavy INTERNET user. the data plan and bundle for BB is quite cheaper. forget pinging jor. the web on BB comes handy always and yes cheaper

Folks who think that there is nothing special in a bb apart from pinging are simply myopic. If you think differently, dare me and I will gladly expose your narrow mind to the world.

What a funny thread,come to think of it how can a sane human compare crapy Nokia to any BB phone.
With amazing internet accessibility,10 email addresses all push to your home screen,simultaneously chatting on yahoo messenger,google talk,MSN,whatsapp,FB chat and BBM,20,000 free apps on BB app world,easy copy and paste of texts,software update and many more.
Nokia has failed to meet with present day techs and cannot measure up with Apple,HTC,RIM,LG (whose android phones are doing great in the market), their venture into windows phones was a failure with the released of Lumina 700 and 800 which were not able to measure up to the poorest windows phone made by HTC,they are short of ideas and should continue making average phones for primary school children in Nigeria.

WHY MUST MY BATTERY ALWAYS HAVE TO DIE IMMEDIATELY I START DOING ANYTHING WITH THIS USELESS FONE

bb has many things but they are useless since there is poor battery backup time . . . Must i always be flinging charger or visiting neighbours at odd hours to charge fone ? because of bbm ?
