PLEASE CAN ANY ONE TELL ME IF IS RIGHT FOR THE UK EMBASSY HERE IN NIGERIA TO DENIED ME A VISA AFTER THE APPEAL WAS ALLOWED BASED ON THE FACT THAT MY FORMER VISA THAT WAS ISSUED BEFORE HAS EXPIRED ? I HAVE CONTACTED THE EMBASSY AFTER MY APPEAL WAS ALLOWED WITH THE LETTER OF DETERMINATION PRESENTED TO THEM, BUT I WAS TOLD TO APPLY AGAIN, AND NOW I DON;T HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO PRESENT PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO ?

Yes i don't because when i apply then i was financially buoyant, but now i do not have the cash inflow on my account so do i answer your question sir, please advice me on what to do and is it right for the embassy to ask me to re-apply ? after i win an appeal ?

   Unfortunately, it is a requirement to present your account even if your appeal is allowed; meaning, you would be asked to resubmit your documents because, they expect that some of your circumstances might have be affected by circumstantial changes: so, you would need to provide current and valid document in order for your application to be re-accessed.

Must i have big money in the account ?? please reply , thanks.
