Pls o I just noticed a blister on my lip 2day nd its getting me worried 'cos I had it in my 1st pregnancy. I hvnt registered 4 ANC yet (I'm just 7 wks +). Pls has any1 experienced ds b4 nd any idea on possible cause, I eat well nd no MS except 4 headaches I started hving like 3 days ago. Pls help a worried pregnant woman. God bless u all.

Well, they are quite good except I lost my babies there cos they couldn't handle preemies but CS was so neatly done, I barely have any scars. They are very thorough, kept me there for 10 days until my BP came down.

The owner is a human angel, the nurses are awesome, it is inexpensive. A lot of women give birth there, it is almost a general hospital. Personally, I will advise you register at General, and also RJolad when baby comes, you decide the final hosp. If no complications, then use RJolad, if you have complications, use General or Island Maternity

Are you the one that stays in Ketu? If yes, don't know if "Randle GH" won't be too far for you. I stay in ojota and that's where I use. It's a general hospital but it's just for mother and child(maternity and post natal). It's a new place and you won't believe it's a GH. It's a big,neat,well equipped, cool headed staff, AC even dey my room. We were just 3 in my room( b4 delivery) and 2 in my room( after delivery). To crown it all,they don't go on STRIKE. Maybe it's because they deal with only pregnant ppl.


Once you get to barracks (bus stop after ojuelegba) take bike 50naira to the hospital (New Randle)

There is Old Randle where other GH things are being done aside delivery which has been shifted to d new place.

Alot of people come from far places like ikorodu sef and you mingle with other preggy women( antenatal used to be real fun) . I made friends who we even visit eachodas houses sef till now.

Delivery is less than 25k( I paid 24k + tear sewing money o)and CS is 48k( nt very very sure)


A visit will convince you .

R-Jolad is a good hospital, that is where i use for my ANC... they have good experienced doctors too.

Dr. Says its nothing 2 worry about bt I think dats just 2 make me calm. I'm soooo scared nd hv cried my eyes out. I just pray 4 a testimony wt ds pregnancy

Infact, this is why some won't advise a scan until after 8 weeks or more, so that the mothers don't get worked up over nothing. Just to be comfortable, get a second opinion, go to one road side scan place and do another scan.

And why are you crying? Did they not see a heartbeat? It is possible you ovulated later that you thought. Just relax, get home, put up your legs and celebrate your victory.

Nooo, its really nothing to worry abt. d dr didnt just say it. Dont get ur self worked up in dis pregnancy o. Stay positive, dis one ll b different frm d first. Did d scan see foetal pole? Is ur baby alright?

Proudmama I taught ur own don release you. mine is sooo terrible that to type, eat or slice things is difficult and I met other woman who said they experienced it till delivery. I am in Gods hand and He will keep us all under the shadow of His wings.

Mama, Please don't cry or get worried, early scan is sometimes like that, I heard similar experience with my 1st scan, told me I was 4 weeks instead of 5weeks and 3days, but now, my last scan was 2days ahead of my LMP calculation. so relax and enjoy your pregnancy phase. You will surely carry to term this time, am applying in advance as god mother, my baby will be ur baby egbon . Cheer up darling, God has done it already

It seems we "old" mamas have scared ftms a bit? The thing with "most" private hospitals is that they don't have the financial muscle that GHs and FMCs have, if push comes to shove, how many of them can stand?
If you are registered with the reddigntons, st ives,eko, st nicholas in lag or diff,nisa premier and arewa in abuja, I won't have a thing to complain about since they charge so much that having "everything" is imperative.
A friend's neighbour had her baby at gwarinpa district hospital(old looking unattractive building) @ about 7mths and barely at a kg or so and the baby survived and is thriving today. My friend said the boy looked like an alien when she went with her neighbour to the nicu to peep and she never believed the child would make it. God did it using the expertise and necessary equiments.
At the end of the day though, don't people have babies @ iya alagbo's and cac missions..God is in charge of everything jare!!

That difference truly means nothing. Even if it exactky the same date, it still doesn't mean ur baby will arrive on that date. Biko, wipe your tears and fill ur heart with positive thoughts and confession.
