No scratch o...its better u rub it lightly with ur palm try as much as possible to resist urge to scratch. Get ori 2day and start using it or Robb, the menthol in Robb helps too. I've been rubbing ori on my stomach and boobs since like 8weeks preggy.

I never itched my tumny no matter how much it was itchy. I got bio oil, ori, olive oil. I rub morn and night. I stay hydrated. Infact the amt of swan water I drank while preg fit open factory. Yet I had giant black stretch marks. Only for me to look at my tummy after delivery and the black marks were gone but anoda type of stretch marks all over my tummy.
Now I even wish I enjoyed d scratching. Lol.
Please don't scratch oh
Do what u can but if d stretch marks hv come don't stress. The joy of seeing my baby no de make me remember stretch marks

How far gone were you?
Usually it takes about 6 to 8 weeks to get a proper period after a DnC or MC, but differs from woman to woman. This is about a month according to your dates, perhaps you should wait a bit.

If you are going to stretch have stretch marks,you'll have them,if not you won't. Stretch marks are a result of the skin being pulled beyond its capacity so its actually beyond your control. Some people's skin is more elastic than some.
Fat people with deep grove as stretch marks on their arms are not likely to have scratched it,likewise men with pot bellies.
I have been overweight and lost a fair chunk of weight and saw a difference to my post baby stretch marks.

Maybe because I over lepa before, but mehn, I don fat o, as in I look round with fat nose, black neck, round face and eat like m eating for four now. Please experienced mamas, will I be able to go back to my shape within 3 months before I resume work.

Don't be worried dear sorry abt your loss.
God ll compensate you with great children.
Your system will normalised between 6weeks and 12 weeks. The womb is most fertile after a miscarriage,DC, or any kind of evacuation.
Just eat healthy and be expectant.
Then be actively involve in Kpekushing.

Getting back to pre baby weight is entirely up to you and your nutritional choices,if you have a natural snap back & manage not to fall into the "eat well ooo" trap set by beloved family members(who are even eager to do the cooking)you'll snap back with ease. I have a sis in law who has had 3kids in a space of 4yrs+ & looks as skinny as the day she attained puberty without much effort but she's a tiny size 0-2.
Also getting back to the same weight may not necessarily mean same size as some women's hip spread and stomach muscle loosen a bit.

Stretch marks will just be something to rant about when you don't have nothing to do after you see your baby, we are also lucky in this part of thde world as we are not expected to don bikinis at beaches, so na person partner in the deed only go see am sef.
