I am a great fan of this plan.
Having a "baby of the house" in latter years can be fun for everyone especially the child him/herself.
My mum had our last born just before I gained admission to the University and like play like play, we are leaving one by one till it will be just her with her parents at home, at least then, mama and papa won't have time to get bored.
