Many OND/HND certificate holders complain of being sidelined from the Nigeria job market. Interestingly there are so many opportunities for OND / HND holders in Nigeria but unfortunately too many show up at interviews appearing and sounding unfit for employment especially when compared with their counterparts with B.A and Bsc degrees. It is amazing how recruiters lament on the difficulty of finding exceptional and tailor fit OND and HND certificate holders for the numerous vacancies available
It is in the light of this that a group of young people have put together a perception expanding program for OND /HND holders interested in employment and career progression.
Therefore :
 If you have are an OND or HND certificate holder
 You are in need of a job in a reputable organization preferably the financial services firm (mfbs not inclusive)
 You know you are very smart, intelligent, computer literate and speak good comprehensible English
 You desire and strive to become a better person
 You are interested in entry level roles in customer service, call centre and sales and wished to be noticed by recruiters?

Then be a part of the Career Improvement Initiative CII 1 focused on imparting young polytechnic graduates with the techniques of getting and securing good jobs far and above B sc degree counterparts.
