i rily want to encourage guys on this. i rented a flat in this estate last year and i have sinc bought mine. its a very lovely estate i must say. from d gate, it oozes class and prestige. a really decent environment to start life and raise a family. and i knw d mr fashola, dats his number too. so this guy is for real. if u can afford it, you wont regret it. takin a risk of showin my face, iv attached some pics of d estate

same question i asked before i rented. its off akowonjo road, say between ejigbo and egbeda. infact d estate shares fence with the int'l airport. i have a wonderful view of the runway from my balcony.
