yes it does. In some Departments. If ur courseform has been completely signed to like 99% and it remain just a lecturer to sign for you, but the reg became late before he could sign, the lecturer will ask u to bring ur teller ( bank deposit receipt) that shows u just paid the extra 5k.. You dig?
