[b]Doha [/b]is the capital of Qatar and one of the important country of GCC. This country is having one of the highest human value index of the World. The country is blessed with oil and gas and have used their resources to improve the living standards of its citizen.

Sometimes I wonder, why Nigeria cannot do this ? Why caretakers of Nigeria cannot think in the same way like rulers of these countries ? Nigeria is also blessed with oil and Gas then why its cities like [b]Lagos [/b]cannot become like Doha or Dubai ? Nigeria is also much bigger than Qatar and is the 9th largest producer of oils and gas.
