Good job Segun, my only observation was that your foundation @ the DPC level does not include hardcore which may likely result to crack in the ground floor flab. Except if the foundation thickness is adequate enough.
Secondly, you work without consciousness for safety for you and your workers which is not a professional ethics. All the same a job well done as in the frame structure.

just my opinion, no personal grudge. There are better ways to 'professionally' review other people's work.

Oga'Engr' It seem u want to use critic to gain attention. In d first place d foundation in question has being down for about 8 month now. I invite u to come and find crack urself. I ve never see ur job being place here only to advertise stamp and seal. Go and look at Oga brabus foundation, can u see any hardcore there? If I may educate u, people normally use hardcore because they can't afford reinforcement and reinforcement is better. For ur information, I ve a Certified Engr. in my team. As a matter of fact, my Engr(whom I trust his opinion far better than urs)has argue that Hardcore is nt really mandatory expect to reduce d concrete........Anyway ur phone is already rigging for my next project.

Besides, I think u are referring to helmet and all those stuff when u mention safety. I tell u, u ve never busy on d sun for hours, u will throw away d helment because of d radiation d plastic absorb. I am a practical man, I stay with my workers in d sun

U making sense here because wichtech is quite expensive... though the quality is quite good...

It would make sense to physically compare samples of different suppliers, and maybe do a laboratory strength test

To out do a competitor, one needs to justify the strength as been equal or better and then secondly as been cheaper.
