Having said that, I think Peter Obi is the most unitelligent/clueless governor followed by Theodore orji? Wait... 90 percent of Nigerian governors are really unintelligent

Rochas in not intelligent because ha has not really said any intelligent thing since he became governor of his state.
How can you declare free education from primary to tertiary level when even the federal government would not dare,meanwhile his counterpart in lagos state was increasing school fees in lagos state and from my limited knowledge,I believe lagos receives more allocation than Imo state.

Why i might not agree with the dude who called rochas uniteliigent, i believe he has some points. Declaring free education from primary to tertiary level in this time and age MIGHT be an unintelligent decision, time will tell.

I still stand to be corrected and Rochas is not the only governor I mentioned but for declaring free education from primary to tertiary according to dat aboki is intelligence abi? Even states woth much more higher allocation can never make such mistakes not to talk of a state with zero internally generated revenue.haba.

We should also bear in mind that this same Rochas asked the federal govt for the creation of more states in the easten region all because of Ojukwus death(o guess this is intelligence again aboki.
