what is the solution for the fault?

Give loop with E1 cable & call your MSC to confirm loop but if alarm is still on, then replace the modem

The ERICSSON commands listed below are for these functions


RLCRP:CELL=ALL; ----------- for viewing all the cells of BSC sites ( BSC )

DTSTP:DIP=ALL; ------------- for viewing state of digital path and links ( MSC & BSC )

MGSVP: ------------------------ for checking subscribe base ( MSC )

STRSP:R=ALL; ----------------- for checking all route ( MSC & BSC )


Pls send your input for young Engieers / Techncians to learn or gain more experience.
