I would rather have 2 viable states than 9 questionable/ unviable states any day. number of states should not matter but rather viability.

the east do not have nine they have only five. They are: abia, anambra, imo, enugu, and ebonyi. These are the only states the east has. Dont you ever count the niger delta states among states belonging to the igbos. Na una dey accuse north of puting other people, whom you say are not northerners, in the north so as to gain power. And una still they do the same. Shior!!!!!!!!!

There is no doubt that the North has two-thirds or more of Nigeria's land mass, census data also support similar proportion population-wise.

Don't come crying foul now while ignoring the fact that the National Population Commission which conducted the latest census was constituted with a Chairman and 37 members representing each state of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory.

What injustice are you talking about, you people need to give up this victim mentality and take responsibility for yourselves.

I don't expect you to accept that the north is cheating the rest of Nigeria. It's even more annoying because allocations are based on these factors. Why don't we just go back to the three or four regions.
