Mine's cheap but unfortunately seasonal,
we get them ONLY in January cos they go home every december
and are reshuffled in january to break monopoly sort of.
it's a year contract so to say.

Whats complicated in having a househelp come in by january 3rd and taking an annual leave by december 20th
do u just work round the year with no casual and annual leave

As per the running away,thats a function of how u treat them,if u like pay 25k per month,if u maltreat her/him,he/she would wise up and "escape" from ur brutality.
