Hello beautiful ladies...the weekend is here and while we're having our cheat days,let's remember that the cain mistress will soon come back!
Breakfast: Nil (group fast)
Lunch:vegatable salad with beef stew
Dinner: small rice with chicken vegetable sauce made with oilve oil.
Finally I have used Olive oil in a stew! Contrary to what I thot, its okay, u won't notice the difference.
@udoka, I had you in mind all thru this week, cos I could hear ur disapproval in my head lol! That's why I didn't eat so much

BTW, I researches that tumeric an ingredient in curry helps with low progesterone and thyme has estrogen property. AM staying away from thyme notice that anything estrogen messes up my cycle. No mind me with my research ooo, looking for natural solution why believing God for miracle

Because You are the God of all flesh and NOTHING is too hard for you to do, even if my womb is shut or has passed the age of menopause, Father I thank You that all my petitions regarding conceiving a child(ren) are granted today regardless in Jesus Name. My womb is opened to receive new arrivals of my babies to earth. I shall conceive whether in my ovulation period or not in Jesus' precious name...

Father! In this pregnancy period, bless my bread and my water. Bless every of my intake not to affect conception nor to harm my baby in the womb. Give me the wisdom to eat and drink appropriate things and in the right proportion.
Lord! Please be my preventive measures; take away sicknesses and diseases from me that I may not suffer any chemical pregnancies, miscarriages nor cast out my young. Bless everything within me and let me not take any accursed thing that may cause me trouble in my flesh in this season in Jesus' name.

Nite; wheat + ogbono soup+beef.
Exercise: 10 mins yoga
@Udoka , the chicken salad is a combition of d veg salad + tomatoes+ chicken (cut in to small pieces, I mean very small) but the chicken hs to be much in it. Ok same as Chicken topper sold in TFC.

Good morning, came bacK late couldn't log, God has released his spirit of conception, everybody body shd be in a spirit of receiving. Ysternite I want to pray and ask for children, but got a revelation to only thank God for life, because since we are alive means God is not done with us. That God that did it for camrgmail and champs is more than able to visit us!

current weight 158 pounds goal weight 135 pounds, dont have much time to exercise so its all low calorie diet for me. Last time i dieted and lost 50 lds in 3 months i did the following:
Dinner at 3 pm in the afternoon grilled chicken with salad and low calorie dressing, this worked for me but after the secound month i got kinda tierd of the chicken.
Its been almost 1 year and i still have maintained the weight loss. .
Now im in Nigeria i am not sure where i can buy a grill, anyone know?

thank u, but if l can even drop up to 5kg that will be great achievement for me. two weeks ago nothing nothing, if l had checked ysterday am sure l wont have dropped too. yeah, l console myself with the fact that l eat healthy. i cant wait to stop using these useless oils we have around..maybe its contributing.

@Udoka no Vex oh, just listen to ur body and pamper it well. Really i wish i loosed more, 5kg took forever to loose. i hope your body had not gone to starvation mode that might be the reason for not recording any weight loss. for me i just change my diet and eat more vegetable and fruit. and no processed food.and my major change is portion control, am an emotional eater. so i tend to watch with eyes wide open to record what i eat and drink.

l dey do the portion control well well..l trust myself for that. l dont think its also starvation mode, cos l really eat, its just that l try to eat healthy.. my DH dey yab me that l dey change diet, dey enjoy my life in the name of loosing weight..so l really eat, just that am careful wt what l eat, even when l eat unhealty meal, l do it very little with plenty healthy compensation.
i dont understand jare, cant wait to weigh this wkend... but am aren't giving up!!!!!

Stavation mode :Question: I have been told that when I eat too little, my body goes into starvation mode to protect itself, and that it will slow down my weight loss. Is this true and how can I avoid starvation mode?
Answer: Many weight loss coaches use the term “starvation mode” to describe your body’s natural response to protect itself when you don’t eat enough for extended periods. When you regularly eat too little food to provide your body with the necessary nutrients, it perceives itself to be in danger from starvation. Since your body is wonderfully designed to protect you, it will slow down your metabolism to conserve energy so it can keep vital organs such as the brain and the heart going for as long as possible in the face of the perceived threat. While it will burn fat for fuel, it will also start burning lean muscle mass for fuel, which will slow down your metabolism even further. People on starvation diets invariably find that they regain all the weight they’ve lost (and then some) very quickly as soon as they start eating again.
While a starvation diet may help you lose weight quite fast in the short term, you will pay a heavy price because you are setting yourself up for a lifetime of weight problems. Your metabolism gets progressively slower with each day you remain on a starvation diet. This resultant slower metabolism needs less fuel, so you consistently have to eat less and less to lose weight! As your metabolism slows down even further and your lean muscle mass dwindles you will also find that you become more and more tired. This in turn means you will get less exercise, which leaves you with less lean muscle, and an even slower metabolism. It really is a vicious cycle. The importance of protecting your lean muscle mass to boost your metabolism can not be stressed enough.
The question arises: when does your body go into starvation mode? As with anything that involves the human body, there is no one single answer that will be true for everyone. The levels at which starvation mode kicks in vary from person to person. What we can do though, is understand how it gets triggered so we can avoid getting our bodies in that state. Your decision of how much to eat should be based on your individual Total Daily Energy Requirements, which takes into account a variety of factors including height, weight, age, gender and activity levels. If you want to lose weight safely, without setting off the alarm bells in your body; aim to eat approximately 300 – 500 calories less than your total daily requirements. This will provide your body with enough fuel to keep it going comfortably, but will still create a sufficient caloric deficit to ensure that you lose weight. To protect your metabolism even further, make sure your diet contains enough protein and that you maintain / increase your activity levels.
Note. You will find that many experts advise you not to eat less than 1 200 calories per day to prevent starvation mode. This is just a general rule of thumb to provide advice in the absence of enough information. To be safe, get your individual Total Daily Energy Requirements calculated, and follow the advice above.

My target is to be big and fat and swollen from pregnancy...this fat is just occupying space that is not its.
I may not be loosing weight cos I haven't been exercising! I am even scared to weigh in now. But exercise shld hold its side till after AF...lemme not jiggle anything

E don tey small and seems I've missed a lot.must confess twas tuf fasting when on vac and faced with mouthwatering dishes.I cheated on d diet tingy plenty times o(hides face).but surprisingly when we were tryinh to weigh our luggage before travelling,hussy forced me 2 weigh bt I rebuffed.afta much compulsion I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had lost 3kg in a week.I weighed 72.6kg
I repeated again same ting.I guess the distance covered in my numerous shopping trips and 'wayo' excercises did the magic.I'm glad all the same.I'll resume d excercise and diet 2moro/4low to the later. Phewww!
