last time BEAF was asking for retardeen promises - this one of dem

Oil money at work, Retardeen is bribing dem, Ganiyu Adams on his payroll.

If it is for Lagos they should partner the state rather than build on their own. The people alone know where it pinches. On the Apapa-Oshodi highway, I think that road is a black hole for government funds. There's no road on earth that handles such traffic that will last more than six months. Parts of it are below sea level and cannot be drained. The best solution will be to reactivate the rail line to evacuate cargo and leave the road to the state government to maintain and levy any cargo truck that chooses to ruin it.
