|Messi Red Card: Should Messi Have Gotten A Red Card In The Barca V Chelsea Game? by kidonig: 12:59am On Apr 25, 2012|
I was beyond words in this match but I thank God it went our way. The analyst showed that the penalty was a dive. Thank God Messi missed the pen. Terry was sent off for his actions against Alexis Sanchez. The referee would not have been killed if he had given a yellow card especially because he did not see the event.
My question now is: In the scuffle in the Chelsea 18 yard box when Messi Pushed Lampard violently with a comparable if not more force than was used by Terry and did not even get as much as a yellow card let alone a red card, do you think that he should have been sent off? If he had gotten a yellow card, the second yellow would have sent him off. So do you think that he should have finished the game?
