Entered the bet at exactly 4:58am, 22 mins after alert was posted. Price at entry had dipped to 0.9916. Still went in anywayz. So my adjusted bet is, to fall below 0.9916 in 10 hours time, 14:58.

What do you mean by that?

Take an e.g...u want to place a trade that usd/jpy will fall in 10 hrs.NOT THE WHOLE DAY how do u place such trade

Or u want too place a trade that usd/jpy will rise between now and 18.00gmt hw do you set the time to place the trade..on the platform

if you want to place a 10hr then u set expiry to 10 hours..

you may convert the hours to minutes e.g. You get a call at 10.17am that USD/JPY will rise in 2 hours. If you're placing the bet at exactly 10.17am, you may put 2hours or 120 mins in the duration. If you are placing it for example at 10.20am, you'll substrat the 3 mins that are gone from 2 hours i.e. 120mins -3mins=117 mins. Hope that helps

I have followed the BoE Inflation reports since 2009, and this has ALWAYS been bearish for the GBP since then. So I switched on my Bloomberg TV (Channel 411 on DSTV), waited until the BoE Chairman King started the introductions, and simply purchased the Fall bet with a 10 minute expiry.

Not rocket science.

Experienced BOMers, which Return option do you think it's better out of the two options provided under the Rise/Fall? Variable Return or 100% Return?
