Nothing to do with speaking your local lingo.Being razz is having a wild attitude,bad manners and being uncouth. You see those chiks/guys ready to fight at the drop of a hat?Chew and pop gum in your face while having a conversation?Chew bones and spit it next to you,cant take 2 steps before spitting like cobras etc It's basically mannerism in my humble opinion. |
