Isnt clear that capitalism is draconic. That it only seems to favour the strong and leave the weak and the unfortunate to perish?

How sad can it be that in imporverish india where millions of children are malnurished and dying of hunger,just like billions around the world,millions of tonnes of wheat are being made to rotten away because draconic institutions like imf and worldbank thinks that giving them away or selling them at subsidised price will increase the fiscal deiicit.

What exactly is fiscal deficit if the people does not count?. Who exactly does economic policies favour? The people? Or the few rich? Who makes these rules,market forces? Or some psychopaths?
