You can get glycerin, almonds and cornstarch (we call it corn flour in Nigeria) at any baking supply store. Chamomile is available in tea form in almost any standard pharmacy. As for wheat germ, witch hazel and wheat germ oil, try any of those Lebanese-owned departmental stores like goodies. Park N shop may also carry them. I know fuller's earth to be some kind of clayey cleaning agent, but I don't believe I've seen it in any of the shops. You can usually Only get stuff like that on a large commercial scale.
I get a feeling you need all these things for some kind of skin care concoction. If you let me know what it is, I might be able to recommend some substitutes.

Cookie27 said any standard pharmacy. In other words, Any legit pharmacy that is probably well stocked should carry chamomile tea. You should also be able to buy chamomile tea in supermarkets that carry foreign groceries/food stuff and stores that carry an assorted selection of herbal teas.
