3. Fully approved government Building Plan/Permit to include Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Engineering drawings.
4. Bill of Quantities.
5. Location: Lagos and Abuja, but would consider other viable locations depending on project specifics.
6. Fully completed Feasibility Study/Business Plan.
7. There may be some additional criteria as the case may be.
