It have come to a time to put a stop to this nonsense. The Nigerian Army Alon Enugu-Onitsha Expressway have replaced the police in the areas of collecting money from drivers and letting them pass unsearched. I have been monitoring this development for the past One (1) Month. Such acts which will fuel insecurity is what the Army are now practicing. Hope they will be called to other. Their location is at Eze Uzu junction before Nnamdi Azikiwe University if you are going from Onitsha to Enugu.
