Seems like dia ar so many talkatives here, u do more harm dan gud 2 dis thread. Dear, lets get dis fact clear weda 07-01-13 is confirmed or not, school surely will resume dis jan, not 4 new section, but 4 d stdnts 2 be able 2 write dia exams xpecialy d final yr stdnts who need 2 be cleared 2be able 2 meet up with NYSC mobilization. Also, 4 of my frnds hav also told me of d posible 7th, but dey didn't say it's confirmd though. If by God's grace sch. resumes 7th, it means we shuld be brazing up 4 new section around mid - ending february.
My frndly advice 2 evryone here is dat, if u av been ofered admision by JAMB, dia isn't any need buying anoda JAMB, but if u av nt seen ur name, it isn't a bad idea buying anoda one, afterall #4000 will nt be 2much a waste when u av later been admited. Prayers again, we must pray seriosly, d problem of Uniabuja is 2 many- political, spiritual, atitudinal, jst 2 many, only prayers can save we d helpless aplicants since we can neigther air our plight nor efect any change in d sch.

University of abuja has nt said any thing concerning it's re-opening dis is 2 debunk d rumour dat d skul wil resume on d 7th,bt d skul is likely 2 release d resumption date soon...so u guyz shld b patient...i wil b relating information 2 u as soon as it reaches me.asap

I'm still waiting for the resumption date, buh I'm writing JAMB, I'll do the whole school registration thing and even begin with em pending when I write the JAMB, cos if you refuse the admission, there are no guarantees that the school you apply in will accept you.

wow this is incredible, never knew people still seek admission to attend UNIABUJA. applied for an M.sc over there , waited for over half a year nothing came out , seriously it was really a frustrating experience, kept on spending money and stalking these guys nothing was forthcoming it came to a point that i had to physically do battle with them on several occasions coz i was the one who was directly pursuing my admission . that school is not one i will ever recommend to my worst enemy, the most painful part is that they dont want to change meanwhile some schools are already doing 3 semesters in a year right here in naija!!!

uniabuja is hell of a pit hole!..i'll advice you guys divert your mind off the school even if you've been admitted or else get ready to spend 5yrs 6mnth on a 4yrs course

If you get the admission in another Uni, you could even be studying there and in Abuja, you could end up with 2 degrees from 2 unis at the same time. If the school goes on strike, you can continue with the other school...hope you get my drift.

If I do get admission in a school that's close by I.e UniNass or Kogi State, I could be studying some other course there, may take double the work and double the finances, but it'll be worth it...
