I am new to this website building of a thing so i decided to google and see if i could build a free website and probably host it. after much search, i stumbled on Wix.com and decided to create a free website. Well my question is that i wanna ask if it is possible to transfer its content to an hosting comapny.. or would can recommend a site where i could create a free website and transfer it so i can buy a domain and an hosting plan here in Nigeria. Thanks... I would also need help on building a website manually probably using dreamweaver and things like that!!! Looking forward to favorable responses |

you are probably better off getting a web host and using one of the many free website templates out there. |

I have used hostmonster.com since 2005 without any issues. I also hear hostgator is good. |

Sorry it isn't possible to move files from wix. http://www.wix.com/support/forum/flash/other/other/how-to-transfer-wix-website-to-cpanel You have to design your site by some other means, but once you have your files we can assist in hosting it for you. Regards. |
