I have been making online purchases from Alibaba.com for a few weeks. The parcels are dropped at the post office and am called from the post office to come down and retrieve the items.My first question is; should i go down to the post office and retrieve my parcels especially when i have detailed my full address on the parcel?
secondly, the officer at the post officer always has this look that i should tip him which i did the first time but i cant keep on tipping him whenever i have a parcel.
thirdly, please enlighten me on post office parcel retrievals and processes.
