unamid: This is just another way to tarnishing image of nigeria police by our nollywood. Paint an ugly picture of police inorder to promote their own job. The 75percent major problem of this country is causing by them. This is totally wrong entertainment industries should desist from this. While some pple are busy rebranding d image of nigeria police those in d nollywood are busy destroying it. They creat some kind of hatred in mind of their viewer against d police in their films. In a broad day light policemen sleeping at once on duty,this is false.

Lyk are u 4real? Is ur dad a policeman or sumfin? The laxities of policemen supposedly to be on duty is been exposed and u're mentionin Nollywood... SMH.

Those police officers that put their lives on the line, what did they benefit from it.When a police man dies in action,in less than 3 months his family is ejected from the barracks.His benefits will take over 3 to 4 years b4 is paid, that is after so many kick back & bribe.

I don't think I have any good to say about our police because majority of them are corrupt even one A.S.P in my neighbourhood. I support their sleeping decision on duty than to remain awake partially active to lay deadly charges on the innocent.. My cousin is one of them. Birds of the same feathers.

Are you so stooooopid? As a police officer, you see evidence of gross misconduct by your contemporaries on the web and all you can do is come on Nl and spew crap? If you were responsible, what i would expect from you is to take responsibility and tender an apology on behalf of your IG. Besides, because you sleep on duty does not mean that if everyone else were to be policemen, we all would sleep on duty. That is a big lie guy.

Why don't we see soldiers or airmen sleeping publicly on duty like this? The answer is the discipline (if there is any at all) in the police is nothing compared to that in the armed forces.

Don't mind them joor. Though i don't support anybody sleeping on duty, these guys put their lives on the line every day for us & are being paid peanuts for it. Surely the Nigerian Police deserves a lot more respect& appreciation from the people they're sacrificing their all for. I'm sure u guyz all know that its not the fat bellied commisioners & other 'officers' who SLEEP all day in their office dat do the bulk of the security work, its these same guyz you all are ridiculing here. So let them be, they're human beings, not machines!
