Mr Lynxxx Utunu has gotten his team to threaten us with legal action over previous post regarding his deal with pepsi, since this is a really big deal with him and his team we promise to take down the said post with immediate effect due to the fact that we are relatively new site and we don't want to create enemies in the industry yet.

anyone with half a brain will see that the mail from Lynxx's publicist if anything is tending towards resolving the bilge you posted in an amiable manner and not threatening.
dude even went further by throwing in some tidbits (most likely to whet your appetite, promote your blog and increase his fan base ) yet you refer to it as as a threat.
