Why do we have leaders that are so clueless without ideas?

Can anyone tell me how those first three kids that were excellent in last WAEC exam and previous ones are being handled?

Are they going to be left just like that or they will be encouraged and monitored to reach their best in their different choices of carriers in life?

Cos I learnt from a reliable source that they were only given VPs hand shake huh
