Job Description: Business Partnering
•Plan Business Partnership strategy, define operational parameters and ensure that they meet set targets and standards
•Assess, evaluate and prioritize human resources value adding opportunities to the line (all divisions)
•Ensure consistency in the approach and delivery of business development solutions across the business
•Ensure high quality HR services are provided consistently, timely, effectively and efficiently to client group, meeting and exceeding agreed service levels
•Scope and challenge existing business policies and practices with appropriate business specialists and seek to continuously improve the services provided to the business. i.e. strive for continuous improvement; bring business understanding / alignment to HR policy development and provide a conduit for testing draft policy within the business
•Champion the identification and deployment of talent in the line
•Lead the team of HR Business Partners to adeptly advice and counsel managers on human capital, talent management, performance concerns and conflict resolution
•Liaise with management to develop specific recruiting plans
•Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
•Develop new strategies and programs to produce the best results
•Ensure that the business is adequately resourced with the right people, in the right place and at the right time
•Source for candidates at the executive level with the best culture fit for the company
•Ensure the team works with the culture and engagement officer to source information from employees on impact of change initiatives and provide customized solutions.
•Ensure the team assists in the Identification and implementation of necessary process improvements to the employee engagement and culture survey administration.

QUALIFICATION:
- BSc/HND/OND with at least a second class lower degree.
- One (1) – Two (2) years relevant post National Youth Service experience

REQUIRED SKILL:

• Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable analytical and negotiation skills
• Effective communications and engagement skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
