Startimes network has been down for about 48 hours now without the management giving any clue as to what is the matter. All their Customer Services telephone numbers have been switched off huh

Is this how to manage a company? no accountability or concern for the teeming customers?

And the regulatory authority will excuse them as usual. It's not thier fault though as DSTV has been overpriced and you can hardly get what you want from DSTV despite their extorbitant tarriff.

So far I have missed some TBN and Wrestling programmes. And by the way why is Setanta Africa no longer showlng wrestling?

No Startime signal in Port Harcourt and its environ. NCC please call Startime management to order. Let Startimes customers be compensated for the downtime period too.

Any one in the house with an insight to this development?
