Will this work!!! for example LAGOS and OGUN are not far from each other , their are lots of banks at Sango otta if am trying to make a transaction above 500k and i drive to sango otta i think the cashless economy won't affect me what do you guys think and i used the word partial because i believe it will become effective nationwide by January 2013
