In the last part of our video interview with Nasir El-Rufai, the former minister alleges President Jonathan's government sponsors a certain Boko Haram and has an IQ of less than 30 percent.

In this last part of the interview he granted PREMIUM TIMES, Nasir El-Rufai, the former minister of the Federal Capital Territory, accuses the government of masterminding some bombings across the country.

He says the administration has also been plotting to link the sect to northern politicians such as himself and Atiku Abubakar.

"The Jonathan camp believe that the reason why you have Boko Haram is because a southerner is the president," Mr. El-Rufai said.

"How can it be when Boko Haram's first confrontation with the government was in July 2009 under president Yar' Adua?" he asked. "Is Yar'Adua a southerner? Is Yar'Adua a christian? It is absurd!"

Mr. El-Rufai argued that Nigeria has a government "whose IQ is less than 30 per cent" that would rather blame others for problems rather than critically thinking it through.

He said the government is more concerned with linking the terrorist group to himself, Atiku Abubakar, Ibrahim Babangida and Muhammadu Buhari.

The four types of Boko Haram

Mr. El-Rufai said that in addition to the original Boko Haram, there are three other groups using the brand name- Boko Haram. And the government runs one of the three.

He gave instances where government agents have been caught in the act, trying to bomb locations, whose cases have been 'swept under the carpet.'
