unwired is fast, but not reliable. speaking from personal experience. at times, they switch off completely during the night while promising 24hrs service, do they really think since most offices close by that time, they can misbehave?!

Swift broadband is fast, and reliable. . . especially during days of heavy traffic. unwired with direct on pc often fails totally. Most times, its difficult to initiate remote desktop connections using unwired during the day. With swift, it just works - nothing really impressive about it tho.

Starcomms evdo is cool as well. except that some features just dont seem to work, like connecting sql server enterprise manager to a remote database, even when speeds are blazingly fast. Been using the EvDO personally since november last year.

I really doubt if there is a good and reliable broadband provider in lagos. . . i heard of one ipNX or something recently, i did a tryout and it was crazyz fast, during busy periods. . . but that's just what you get when a provider doesnt have lots of subscribers. . . speaking from experience, especially with EvDO.

I honestly wont advise anyone to go for UnWired. It was really a terrible experience.

@handsome_

if you read my previous post, i mentioned ipNX as well. yea, they're good. i personally think they're the best right nw. . . low subscriber factor. anyway, one could milk them right nw before the crowd rushes in. I like their rates anyway.
