I have asked round and my thought is that it is of no concern. The instruction from various Dept is too register first semester course only even at that from a reliable source the most important is the online documentation the physical clearance is just to have your file. Once you've been cleared you are good to go no need to trouble oneself.

You can also Pay only Obligatory fees at Wema Bank too. Screening/Registration ends 6 weeks from January 12th.
