4) Hospitality - Hotels, restaurant. Won't suggest nite club cos I had my hands burnt wit this

A cousin to a friend just opened one, and it cost him around 600k without a sound proof generator o...& not necessarily like Mr. Biggs....but if u want yours to be big like bigs or chicken repub....then budget 5mil upwards....

Invest in the haulage biz. It is capital intensive. You MUST manage it yourself else others will run it aground. It requires trust and honesty which most drivers do not have. The income comes in thousands so also the expenditure. A good truck is not less than 2 million. All the best.
