PROCEDURE

1.Buyer issues full-style ICPO to ONCO Gardens Inc. via Bon Bon Global, indicating Port of discharge details. ICPO must contain full paying bank details of buyer for seller DD.
2.After confirmation, Buyer and Seller sign SPA.
3.Upon exchanging the signed SPA, Seller provides Buyer with 2% Performance Bond.
4.Buyer provides Seller with Blocked Funds via MT 799 swift only (Blocked Fund Verbiage to be provided by the seller.
5.Seller upon receipt of verifiable POF loads vessel within 7 days of receipt of POF in Buyers name and transmits documents to Buyer.
6.After loading, ship sails to Buyers port of discharge.
7.Three days out of discharge port, Buyer issues conditional MT103 to Seller.
8.After discharge and Q &Q have been conducted and confirmed, within 72 hours buyer releases conditions and pays for product via MT103 on outturn
barrel basis.
