Someone mentioned in your previous post that you cannot upgrade from P3 to P4 and you start this thread again. I will advice you to go back and read what he told you to do instead of creating another thread. I have read what he wrote and it is very correct.

i dont use a laptop i use a desktop that means i can upgrade does'nt it

No you cannot. Even if you buy a new P4 motherboard it MAY not be compactible with your casing except you want to buy an entirely new and complete P4 desktop. I still advice you go back and read what the other guy wrote in the other thread.

With 10k you can own a Dell p4 2.0GHz desktop with 512MB or 1G RAM, CD Rom, 40G HDD And per-installed softwares.
