My breastmilk is like tap without head. Even my breastpad can't hold it for long... It flows everywhere and it's tiring. My insuction sight wasn't paining me before oh but now the pain is out of the world.

You're welcome ma . I don't think it's fine to do that, cos she should be taking 700-900mls of milk a day. I suggest you stick with 1 of the two, you can interchange for different days. Make sure you fortify the pap/cereal with milk

I use disposable breast pad to avoid soaking my cloth, the washable one doesn't hold the milk.

I only took pap and that's all. I stopped taking it after 2days though because the flow was too much
