dtush thank God for ur family o. Nawah. May God's protection never leave us n our loved ones.
Tatacherie, thank God for u n Akela. May God continue to see us through. With that woman's confession, u can't trust anyone when it comes to ur baby's food. Hope she's fine now. Weldone mama, may God keep them all n bless us for us. Amen
Cutiereborn bodies differ. Lactation may or may not affect conception. In my own case, my son nursed for abt 15m n belle no mistake enter even for once, even though kpekus resumed exactly 3wks postpartum; EBF for 6m, n since I birthed him, no AF until 14m+ maybe cos I reduced daytime nursing. 19days after that first AF, I saw another one (even though jst for a day so I didn't consider it to be real AF) but still, I weaned DS that night n got religious with my "cabbage therapy " + detox for 2 days n that same month (Jan) I conceived. It happened same way d cycle I conceived DS too, I tried d "cabbage therapy" (cos I used to have fluid come out of my boobs when pressed) + detox (with a couple of supplements). N like u, i'd been taking folic acid some months prior....so u see, it could all be coincidental but who knows? Lactation could be preventing conception for me. I mentioned it late last year that my Mum used to be same way too; no AF while breastfeeding, but AF wld resume immediately she weans n she wld take in that same cycle if no precautions taken. So, in my experience I think there could be a correlation. Bodies differ. U cld check with ur Gynae.

Oops shocked na why I dey fear to comment o, na epistle I dey write. Pls pardon, mamas cheesy grin

The place was so wet maybe cos it wasn't long after delivery, n I guess d reason for d zero pain too....a little later, story changed o cos the place seemed to become tighter than pre-pregnancy sef n libido went on strike until I weaned before I started feeling smthing small small n now it seems we'r back with team #libidoonstrike. Hello experienced Mamas. Please help. My son was circumcised on Friday and I noticed after his bath that the cap has come off this morning, it still looks attached by the string but e never heal for my eye. I jeje put it back and it seems to have stayed. He also didn't cry. I'm planning to go to the hospital tomorrow and I'll show the nurses but in the meantime pls advise. When does the thing come off typically and should I be worried?
Re: NEW BORN BABIES! Are U A New Mum? Then Lets Discuss Babies Here!!!!! by jazzyjazz: 12:44pm On Feb 27, 2017
It comes off between 5 to 7 days and maximum of 10days
My sons own came off same way. After a day or two the cap came off completely

Hello Mamas in the house.
Please my ds is 1yr &4 months but has not started walking. He cruises around the house looking for things to hold but will not walk unaided. He hs been doing this for over 5 months. His nannies say he is making attempt at the crèche but no attempt at home. They said he was slowed down because of his sickness (he was sick for like a month: dysentery + hernia surgery + dysentery).
I was told I should be worried only when he's 18 months, but that is just at d corner, please I'm over worried already. What can I do to encourage him.

Sorry for d long epistle. Cc alphahandmaiden, soonest, zaynie and every mamas

Relax mama he will definetly walk. I was also worried when my ds was a year and four months and was scared to walk, I was adviced to buy a walker for him I told my dh he hurriedly bought it becos he was worried top lol..... could you believe my ds walked within a week? initially he was scared to use it, I will hold his hand on it and ride with him while d music plays, d Walker is cute and comes with toys. d next day he was good to ride alone and wasn't scared again and within a week he walked! he still plays with because of d music, know ur ABC, 123...... many other learning stuffs.

so u can just be patient for ur lo to walk or buy d Walker. all d best!

The hernia he had was inguinal hernia, at the scrotum. And it wasn't affecting him at all, no pain or discomfort, just decided the earlier d better since he hs clocked one already. I don't know much about that of d navel, but I heard it usually closes before most babies grow up.

Good morning mamas
Please I saw a tinge of green poop in my son's diaper. It's yellowish like egusi but I saw a bit of green and long things like thread that is in the poop.

Pls should I be worried?
He's on formula and breastmilk

Ps
Yesterday we were out the whole day, I gave him formula and breastmilk but at some point he started refusing the breast, and the foformula, but when we got home he fed very well

Ps
I didn't eat healthy yesterday as we were not home all day. I didn't think I would be delayed so I didn't bother to carry food and I don't eat out. So I basically had one doughnut, and lacasera. Then when I got home I was so tired I had Mountain Dew and some cookies.

This morning between 5am and 9.35am, I've changed poo diaper 4 times
