Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this before. My fiancee applied for a UK visa in may..The visa was approved by the embassy 6 working days later and then it took another 3 extra weeks for VFS to update the website or send email.We even had to chase up with an email.

Is this a common occurrence?

Hw did you knw the visa was approved before getting ur passport?

Do you mean US visa? Cos theres no way to know if a UK visa was approved.

At least when you get the visa, you can see the day the visa was stamped for validity...This applies to any visa, but I am talking of the UK visa through VFS.

this is not good. VFS should work on that.
