Ali jolted almost out of his skin at the sound of the telephone ringing, he move instantaneously to the hotel intercom on the little shelve by the side of the bed, picking up the receiver, he said 'Hello', 'you have two visitors,they said their names are blacky and smith', came the response from a female voice of the receptionist at the hotel. He had wanted to lash out at her for lacks manners as she couldn't even ulter a common good evening greeting before delivering the message. But Instead he quitely said let them in,with which he droped the receiver.
He was already at the door when the knock came. So he immediately opens the door,and lead his guest into the room. He couldn't wait for them to sit before he enquiried where the package was? At which the darker in complexion of the pair he had just ushered in his hotel room, produced a manila envelope from inside his jacket and hands it to him. He smiles to himself at the sight as he hurriedly collects the envelope.

he would inspect it content alone after he dismisses the pair, 'so where did you find the mark' he asked as he walks to the wardrobe to bring the balance payment for their services, 'na for larang foods dee one wey dey for Abu street. The only thing be say when we enter one security man dey there na so we put that one join the man and him paddy wey you tell us to meet. Na clean job we do' came the lengthy reply in pigin english, from the other parthner who obviously was not smith judging from his extreme dark complextion. Did u say Larang food?! Ali retorted, yes they both answered nodding their heads to affirm their answer. What about the security camera? he asked. the expression on his face register worry, the pair staring at him seem to be taking aback. With no answer he knew,they had slipped. He had gotten to know about the security camera from some conversation he had,he couldn't even remember with whom or what lead to the conversation, but he had remember the information. The thought of what will happen if that recording get out, sent a chill down his spine. the death could be trace back to him he thought. No he said, you must get that recording and destroy it before any other person does, you must go back there and fine it. with that he order the pair as they race outside to their bike,their destination Larang food,their new mission is to find and destroy that recording.

john hiding under the cover of his car as the motocycle sped pass, from inside his car he watched as the sound and sight of the motocycle disappears into the distant darkness, Garba!! He thought. he had heard the shots, looking out to make sure it was safe, although Abu street is not a residencial area, he had hope someone would come out to see what the cause of noise had been or even it effect. With no sign of human close by, he got out of his car and race to the larang food store, the sight of blood and human organs on the white tiled floor made him dizzy, his system gearing up for a puke, as he enters inside the store. Jezz !!! He muted to himself at the sight of Garba lying on the floor with blood all over his white shirt, he bends low as he tries to pull Garba's body to a near sitting position, Garba eyes slide open a little, in his blurry vision he could see john's face, Jo.....hn his voice was trailing and unsteady, 'the Package' he bluted out,almost in a wispher,followed by a light coughs that produce more blood from his mouth, John scans the space with his eyes in search of anything that remotely suggest the package seeing none, he said i think they took it,just take it easy not wanting Garba to strain himself any further, no no Garba managed to say, this time with more pain visible in his voice,as he shakes his head in his effort he tries to get john's attension to the writing on the floor, but .....(he was drifting) .......... with his pulse weaken..Garba let out a cough, in his low pain striken tone, and with that he passes out,as his body suddenly went still and cold. He was dead.

Things had gotten complicated now Ali kabiru thought, this new twist was not forseen, but atlest he had the package, it would have been disastrous if he didn't. He opens the manila envelope, and turns it so as to allow it content fall on the bed.the sight of just one piece of paper droping from inside the envelope to the bed-spread,sent his heartbeat moving faster than the speed of sound. He dips his hand inside the envelope hoping something was held back, touching nothing but the enclose thick wall of the envelope paper, he expand it opening to allow his eyes unristricked vision into the envelope. As he silently prays he find something, but still there was nothing. he glanced at the sheet of paper that had drop off from the envelope,it was scribbled with junks that made no sence to him. Holding the edges of the manila envelope as he stretch it, while he silently pray by some stoke of magic he find something. His disappointment soar as the torn envelope reveal nothing. His mind playing out every different scenario,he thought probably blacky and smith had somehow played him, and had given him this, no he must see that footage from the security camera himself to be sure what had transpired and what the package they must have taken from Garba looked like. he knew they wouldn't dare play with him. but at this point he isn't leaving anything out.He reached for his phone,and speed dials blacky's number, ring...... Immediately the phone was picked he shot dont destroy the recording,bring me the recorder intact. do you understand he barked. just as the voice confirms understanding at the other end of the line. He felt his pocket for his car key retracting his phone back into his pocket he lock the room and ran toward the direction he had parked his car.

John shaking the now still body of Garba,as though the vibration could give live to Garba, tears coming out of his eyes on their own accord at the realisation of Garba's current status,he had never wept in his entire adulthood, but he couldn't restrain himself. No one deserves to die in sure pain, and definatly not Garba,with tears still rolling down his cheeks, he check for pulse on Garba's neck with prayer that he finds one, but feeling none confirmed that which he had feared, the sound of an imcoming motocycle from the distance jolted him, he rose to his feet as he listens to the incoming sound. The sight of blood on the floor close to Garba's body that seem rather unusual caught his attention, on a closer look it appear as though Garba had written it himself, as the stain of blood on his index finger support his thought, from his point now he could see Garba hand was accually pointing to it, but the sound of the motocycle was close now, his thought ran to the two figure he had seen left Larang store on a bike,he hoped it were someone else,but he wasn't going to wait to know for sure,he had to get out fast and second guess later., with no time to wait he took out his phone,press the shortcut botton for camera, and took a picture of the blood inscription, not bothering to check if he had gotten a good capture, he ran for the door behind him,
"broooommmmm" the sound of a motocycle stopping right outside the larang food sent his pulse over 100,his legs unsteady, and in dire need of support, but his human instinct for survival took over, he went for the doorway behind with all the sped left in his world, he ran through a dark room that seem to be the stores kitchen, getting to another door at the end of his run, ,he pulls the handle it was stuck! 'Is this the end he thought,with all his strenght he push the door, he came rolling on the floor as the door gave way.picking himself up,he ran out into the night darkness.......
